These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Apres Air website, SMS messaging services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Loopline LLC d/b/a Apres Air (“Apres Air,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Apres Air is a private jet charter brokerage. We connect clients with vetted aircraft operators to arrange on-demand charter flights, group charters, and empty leg opportunities. Apres Air acts as an intermediary — we source, quote, and coordinate flights on your behalf but do not own or operate aircraft.
All flights are operated by FAA-certificated air carriers under 14 CFR Part 135. The operating carrier is the direct service provider and is responsible for the safe operation of your flight.
Apres Air offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients about charter flight inquiries, quotes, booking confirmations, trip updates, and promotional offers.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Apres Air, you may receive:
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions, inquiries, and booking activity. You will not receive more messages than necessary to service your requests and any marketing preferences you have opted into.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Apres Air is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your carrier.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Apres Air. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to contact us by other means.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in to SMS messaging through our website forms, and you may opt out at any time.

All charter quotes provided by Apres Air are estimates and are subject to aircraft availability at the time of booking. Quoted prices include aircraft charter, crew, fuel, landing fees, handling fees, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Additional services such as catering, ground transportation, and de-icing are itemized separately.
A quote is not a confirmed booking until you provide written or verbal confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure may be subject to partial fees as determined by the operating carrier. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated to you before you confirm any booking.
Apres Air acts as a charter broker and intermediary. We are not an air carrier and do not operate aircraft. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopline LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or any charter flight arranged through us.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
