Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Loopline LLC dba Après Air ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at apresair.com, our SMS booking line, and any charter brokerage services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services Described
Après Air is a private jet charter brokerage. We do not own or operate aircraft. We act as an intermediary between clients and FAA-certificated air carriers to arrange charter flights. All flights are operated by licensed third-party carriers, and the carrier's contract of carriage governs the actual air transportation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
SMS Terms & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and submitting a charter inquiry through our website, or by texting our booking line, you consent to receive SMS messages from Après Air related to your inquiry.
Program description: Après Air sends SMS messages to clients who have submitted charter flight quote requests through our website or by texting our booking line directly. Message types include quote request confirmations, flight quote details, trip updates, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Consent: All message recipients have opted in by submitting their phone number through our online quote request form or by texting our booking line. Consent is collected before any messages are sent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency: Typically 3–5 messages per trip booking. Message frequency may vary based on trip complexity and your inquiries.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To resubscribe, text START to our number.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bookings & Payments
Charter quotes provided by Après Air are non-binding estimates until a formal charter agreement is executed between the client and the operating carrier. Pricing is subject to change based on availability, fuel surcharges, and other factors at the time of booking.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are governed by the charter agreement provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the operator and timing of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Après Air acts solely as a broker and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any operating air carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopline LLC's liability to you for any claim arising out of our brokerage services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or other operational disruptions caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control, or other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on apresair.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Loopline LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
